Worldwide, people like me and you 

Each hour, each day, sign, say I do

Wedding, business, friendship, travel

How about linkingt me and you?


I know lots of things might go wrong

But let's find what we agree on

What I can offer, you can see

Now tell me what you'll do for me.


I want to be a bright angel

Give you good news, of what you're worth

Give you great praise all our long days

On our wonderful perfect earth.

About Angela Lansbury

 I've written twenty books, wone contest in public speaking, but from 2025 I shall concentrate not jus on my blog of more than 500 poems nad but on songs. I am looking for collaborators, guitarists and singers, to help me pitch and take my songs to bands and the hit parade. 

I am not related to the actress Angela Lansbury but the monument to her ancestor in London's East End might have struck a chord with out family whose name started with the letter L. My great grandfather on my father's side came to London, England, from Ukraine in the 1880s. After WW2 my parents changed the family name to Lansbury to sound more English. More than 15 people called Angela Lansbury are on LinkedIn. Look for my photo to find me. I'm just grateful I wasn't called John Smith, Marie, Mohammed, Park, Li, Ravishankar or Patel.

Equity (UK actors' union) and SAG (American Screen Actors Guild) will not allow two actors to have the same name to prevent confusion and legal liability (and to ensure correspondence, job offers and payments are sent to the right person). That is why Harry H Coret. I would have to change to Angella Lansbury, or H Angela Lansbury, or Hazel Angela Lansbury or Angela Sharot, or Angela H Lansbury. or Angela Lansbury Author or Author Angela Lansbury or Angela Author Lansbury. For signatures I like the shortes name possible. Also for blogI titles, photo credits. Just one letter change. H Angela Lansbury is simplest and matches my documents. I sign my caricatures Angella. My email is angelansbury but people mistype it fully thinking it is an error.
